The staff here were all friendly and fantastic, and the location is amazing, being close to a bus station.

Particularly good and marvellous location to Parlamentarium Museum. Close to a subway station in the nice enough area. Exceptionally comfortable bed, large bathroom and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, an iron and ironing board, and a work desk in the room...

The location was magnificent: a shopping area and a market were within walking distance.

The hotel's position over a busy pavement cafe and so close to the Metro and Parc Cinquantenaire made it a very convenient and attractive place to stay.

This hotel is horrible. We had just small towels to use after shower, Breakfast was very poor with cold milk instead hot milk. Our rooms never went cleaned during our stay. The day before the last one our room was open and there was a man and a child using our toilet. I never been in a hotel like that and I hardly do not recommend to anyone. Do not forget this name "derby". If you do certainly you will be sorry. Booked.net should discard this hotel from its list.

While the basic services were available and the room was reasonably clean, the room was cramped and the decor throughout the hotel is very poor. The hotel is in need of considerable refurbishment.
